We offer packages to businesses to allow staff access to one-to-one therapy through video call, or in person sessions.
We offer all of our one-to-one therapies to our business clients, in a range of plans.

All of our therapists are supervised by accredited CBT practicioners and we select our collegues based on their experience in their field. We care about getting the best results for our clients, striving to address core issues as soon as possible. This focussed approach to therapy allows for quicker discharges by ensuring that the therapy we offer is bespoke to the client's requirements.

Our business packages are based on monthly usage and can be distributed freely to whatever staff your business would like. Some of our partners offer a senior management service, others open our service to their entire workforce, and some of our partners use Equilibria to support their mental health first aiders.
