We are looking forward to welcoming you to Equilibria Health. Here you will find a little bit of information ahead of your appointment which may be useful.

1. Ahead of your session, all clients must fill out our 'Consent & Disclosure Form'.  Here is a link to fill it out, the form should only take around 30 seconds to complete. 

​

2. Equilibria Health does not provide a Crisis Response service. If you have urgent well-being concerns or are in crisis please contact your GP, GP out of hours service, NHS 111 or The Samaritans on 116 123 (UK & ROI) in the first instance.

3. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes, if your appointment is on a video link, then you may be sent the link on the day of your appointment. If you have not received your link from your therapist 15 minutes before your session, please email info@equilibriahealth.com and we will ensure that your appointment is not missed. Be sure to check your 'junk' or 'spam' folder for these links.

4. Medico-Legal Report appointments can take up to two hours to complete. Please ensure that you have enough time to complete the interview in one sitting as we are not able to split the time over multiple sessions. Your psychologist should indicate how long they envisage the appointment to take.

5. If you are attending your session in person at Park Circus, please note that there is metered parking in place. This is managed by Ringo, and the app can be downloaded ahead of time to ensure that you are able to park stress-free.
