Video Calling
Meta data strongly suggests that online psychological assessments and psychotherapy sessions produce the same results as in-person sessions. As such, at Equilibria, we utilise online video platforms for our the majority of our services.
Online sessions allow clients to take part from the comfort of their own environment, which can be especially beneficial for longer appointments.
On this page we will outline step by step how to use our chosen platform, along with other platforms. We are always available for last minute questions at 0141 331 2764, or on info@equilibriahealth.com.
Don't forget to fill out the consent and disclosure form ahead of your meeting, and to have photographic ID handy for your first meeting.

Google Meet
Google Meet is our chosen provider for our video calls. Unless you have specified otherwise, when your session has been booked, your clinician will have sent you a link for your google meeting.
Google Meet uses strong encryption to protect video calls while they are in progress. Sessions are accessed by secure links, and only invited participants can join or be admitted by the host. Google does not listen to or monitor meetings, helping to keep your sessions private and confidential.
