Returns & Refund Policy

Each product is carefully handmade in Dunlop, Scotland in collaboration with Equilibria Health. Due to the nature of our products, we aim to balance customer care with hygiene and safety standards.

Returns Eligibility

• We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• To make the process simple, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

• The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and no return costs will be deducted in this case.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and your pre-paid label.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Any applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Time

• Orders are processed and delivered within 3–5 business days.

• Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.

• Free shipping: Available on all orders over £50
