About Us
Equilibria Neurodivergence Service (ENS) provides specialist assessment, diagnosis and support for adults who may be neurodivergent.
Our service brings together psychologists, psychiatrists, prescribing clinicians and therapists with experience in ADHD, autism and associated mental health needs. By working as a multidisciplinary team, we can consider each person’s experiences carefully and provide recommendations tailored to their individual circumstances.
Our Approach
We understand that seeking an assessment can feel like a significant step. Some people come to us looking for diagnostic clarity, while others want a better understanding of longstanding difficulties with attention, organisation, communication, sensory processing or emotional regulation.
Our approach is respectful, collaborative, and evidence-based. We take time to understand the whole person, and consider their developmental history, current circumstances, strengths, difficulties and support needs.
Where a diagnosis is appropriate, we provide a clear explanation of the outcome and discuss the options available. These may include practical recommendations, psychological support, ADHD-informed therapy or coaching, and access to medication assessment and treatment where clinically suitable.
If the criteria for a diagnosis are not met, we will still explain our findings sensitively and provide recommendations that may help the person understand and manage the difficulties they experience.
Our Team
ENS is delivered by a multidisciplinary clinical team, with professional oversight from experienced psychology and medical clinicians.
Every practitioner works within their professional scope of practice and is supported by clear clinical governance, regular multidisciplinary discussion and robust quality-assurance processes.
This joined-up approach allows us to consider neurodevelopmental differences alongside mental health, physical health and other factors that may influence a person’s experiences.

ENS is part of Equilibria Health, an established independent psychological healthcare provider based in Glasgow.
Since 2009, Equilibria Health has provided psychological assessment and therapy services to individuals, families and professional organisations. ENS builds upon this experience by offering a dedicated service for neurodivergent adults.
