ADHD Screening
Taking the first step towards an ADHD assessment can feel significant. Our process begins with a free online screening questionnaire, designed to help us understand your experiences and decide whether a full assessment is likely to be appropriate.
What to Expect
Our screening tool incorporates a number of psychometrics that assess your suitability for an assessment. Screening does not provide a diagnosis and does not determine the outcome of any subsequent assessment
Set aside around ten to fifteen minutes to complete the screener, and know that your answers are secure, in line with our data protection policy.
If you are responses indicate that progressing to an ADHD assessment, you will be invited to the next stage of the application process. This includes consent documentation, and, where you agree, a mandate allowing us to request relevant medical information from your GP.
In some circumstances, a member of our clinical team may need to have a review of your screening responses ahead of moving to the mandate stage. This does not necessarily mean that an ADHD assessment is not suitable, but instead allows us to consider individual circumstances and make sure that our service is appropriate to your needs.
You are not required to sign the mandate form to be considered for an assessment. Our team will reach out within one working day to discuss your application.
